Order processing and shipping
How long do you take before proccessing and shipping an order?
Usually all orders are prepared and shipped the next day because all our products are in stock and ready to ship.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We currently ship in Europe only! our shipping options are standard shipping in switzerland delivery in 2-3 days and standard international for other european countries delivery in 5-10 days.
Returns
Returns possible within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and state the reason. you will recieve an address where you should send the package to, Returns without this communication will not reach us so we are unable to process them.
We only accept returns if the item is still in its original state, the tag should be intact and the item should not be damaged.
We do NOT offer CASH refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
Payments
We accept Visa cards, mastercards, Paypal, Twint Apple pay and google pay. we use payrexx.ch payment service provider which is a very reputable Swiss company.
Takiri fashions DO NOT store any credit card data. your credit card info is only used during the current checkout.
ONE SIZE items
All one size items on our webshop fit sizes EU 36-40 (S-L) or UK 8-12 on some ocassions a one size product will be oversized and might have a 42-44 (XL) fit, which will be stated on the description.
